The location is comfortable in a shopping area, very close to brilliant free airport shuttle service, train station, and the New Chitose International Airport, Sapporo, Otaru. The rooms are big and practical, equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

The staff at Hotel Areaone Chitose were incredibly helpful and friendly. the room I booked had a queen size bed and was beautifully decorated with a Japanese theme. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Aoba Park, making it a peaceful and ideal place to stay.

Convenient, clean, and efficient hotel. The free shuttle bus to the airport was on time and helpful, especially for families with kids. The room may have been small, but it had charging plugs for phones next to the bed and a deep bathtub which was perfect for a one night stay. The hotel had free wifi and complimentary coffee in the foyer.

The location of Hotel Areaone was great, just a short 5-minute walk to Chitose Station and an 8-minute walk to Aeon Mall. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a major plus. The presence of a public Onsen bath on the 6th floor added to the relaxation. I also appreciated the availability of purifiers and humidifiers on each floor. The complimentary coffee at the lobby was a nice touch.
